To change your password when you are already logged in to CTC Admin, follow these steps:


  1. From any CTC Admin screen, in the banner, click the text of your username (or the user avatar icon), which looks like this:
     
     
     
    These options will appear:
       
  2. Click My Profile.
     
    The My Profile dialog box will appear.
      
  3. Type the password you want to use going forward in the Password field, keeping these requirements in mind:
     
    • The password must contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
       
    • It must have between 10 and 64 characters.
       
    • It cannot contain spaces or your username.
       
  4. Click Change.
     
    The Confirm Password field will appear.
     
     
  5. Type your new password again in the Confirm Password field.
     
  6. Click Done.
     
    A success message will appear and disappear after a few seconds (or you can click OK to dismiss it).
      
    When you next try to interact with CTC Admin, the "Your Session Has Expired" message will appear.
      
  7. Click Log In and use your new password to log back in.(See Logging In and Out if needed.)
