Logging in and out of CTC Admin is explained in the two sections below.
Logging In
Follow these steps to log in to the web interface:
- In a browser, navigate to the URL for your account region:
- Type your username and password in the appropriate fields. (If this is your first login, you can find these in your welcome email.)
- Click Remember Me if you want the site to remember your username and password for later logins.
Warning: Do not select Remember Me if you are using a shared device; this will store your password as well as your username, so you'd be allowing others to use your account — which you should NEVER do. Be aware that you are responsible for all activities ascribed to your login credentials. - Click Sign In.
On your first login, you will be prompted to change your password.
LOGGING IN VIA THE API INTERFACE
Refer to The API Login Interface in the developer portal to learn how to log in to CTC Admin using APIs.
Logging Out
To log out, click your username in the site banner and then click Log Out.
You'll be logged out and returned to the login screen.
