If you have forgotten your CTC Admin password and need to reset it, follow these steps:


  1. In a browser, navigate to the URL for your account region:
     
  2. Type your username in the Username field.
     
  3. Click Next.
     
    The Password field will appear.
     
     
  4. Click Forgot Password?.
     
    The password-reset screen will appear. Your username will be filled in from the preceding screen.
      
  5. Click Submit.
     
    CTC Admin will inform you that a password-reset link has been sent to the email address stored in your profile.
       
  6. Click OK.
     
  7. Open the email.


    Note: If you don’t receive that email, check your junk mail folder.
  8. Click the Click Here to Reset Your Password link in the email.
     
    The CTC Admin website will launch and prompt you for a new password.
      
  9. Type the password you'd like to use in the New Password field, with these requirements:
     
    • The password must contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
       
    • It must have between 10 and 64 characters.
       
    • It cannot contain spaces or your username.
       
  10. Retype the same password in the Confirm Password field.
     
  11. Click Update.
     
    A success message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
      
  12. Click OK to dismiss it.
     
    You'll be returned to the login screen.
     
  13. Log in as usual, using your new password. (See Logging In and Out if needed.)
