To see the overall status of a job on the Jobs 2.0 screen, follow these steps:

  1. Click  on the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click Jobs 2.0 on the flyout menu that appears.

The Jobs 2.0 screen will open and display the My Jobs tab (unless you were previously on the All Jobs tab during this CTC Admin session).

  3. If needed, select the tab the job is on — My Jobs if it is a job you created yourself or All Jobs if someone else in your organization added it.

If it's in a subaccount of the account you have selected in the Account Switcher, make sure that View Subaccounts is selected at the top of the screen.

If it's in a different account above your chosen one, you'll need to change it, as shown in Switching Accounts.

  4. Locate the row of the job.

If necessary, you can search for it by typing the job name, the job ID, or the username of whoever created it in the Search Jobs field and selecting the entity type from the drop-down list.
Note: This search requires that you enter the entire item name, not just part of it. You can copy and paste multiple entries (such as job IDs) and separate them with a space or comma to find more than one job.
  5. Check the value in the Status column.

Here is what the results indicate:

    • Pending: The job was submitted recently but hasn't been processed by the system.

    • In Progress: The job is in the middle of being processed.

    • Completed: The system has processed the job and successfully finished its tasks.

    • Failed: The system has processed the job but failed to perform its tasks.

    • Canceling: The job has been set to be canceled by a user, but only some of its tasks have been fully canceled so far.

    • Canceled: The job was canceled by a user.

Note: You can export the results on the My Jobs or All Jobs tab to an Excel file by clicking  at the top right of the grid, entering the email addresses of the users to send the export to (such as yourself), and clicking Done.
