CTC Admin provides an analytical Dashboard that enables you to view a breakdown of the devices in your account based on device model, firmware version, and configuration version. In addition, you can see how many devices haven't been reporting to the system for different time frames (over the course of the last 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, and 90 days).

To view Dashboard data, follow these steps:

  1. Click  in the sidebar menu on the left.

The Dashboard will appear and display the device data for the account you are logged in to. (See Switching Accounts if you need to change the account.)

You can select the View Subaccounts toggle to the right of the greeting to see information for devices in your chosen account's subaccounts. ( means selected, and  deselected.)

  2. You can see how many total devices are in your chosen account and how many haven't reported to CTC recently in the My Devices and Devices Not Reported widgets at the top of the screen.

  3. If you click a pie slice in the My Devices pie chart, a grid will appear with detailed data about the represented devices (such as Active Devices in the following figure).

Likewise, if you click a time frame or number in the Devices Not Reported widget, a grid will appear with information about those devices.

  4. You can view a breakdown of your devices and versions in the bar charts:

    • The Device Models bar chart shows how many of each different kind of device you have.

    • The Firmware Versions chart displays all the versions of firmware that are currently on your devices.

    • The Configuration Versions chart shows all the implemented configs.

  5. To see detailed information about a particular device model, firmware version, or configuration version, click its bar in the chart.

The data will be displayed in a grid to the right.

  6. You can export the table to a CSV file by clicking  at the top right of the pane.
