NEW: VEHICLE DISCOVERY DASHBOARD IN VEHICLE MANAGER

Vehicle Manager now includes a new Discovery tab that gives you a single, centralized view of vehicle onboarding status across your account (and sub-accounts, if enabled). Instead of checking vehicles one at a time, you can now quickly see which vehicles have been successfully identified, which ones need attention, and why.

What you'll see:

  • Summary cards at the top of the tab — Total Vehicles, Discovery Complete, Blocked Vehicles, and VBUS-Disabled counts — for an at-a-glance view of discovery health.
  • A searchable, filterable grid listing each vehicle's Customer, Device Type, ESN, VIN, Make, Model, last vehicle ID report time, VBUS status, and current Discovery State (e.g., VIN Error, VIN Lookup Error, Using Standard OBD-II Parameters, or Discovery Completed).
  • Row-level actions (where your role permits) to help resolve discovery issues directly from the grid.

How to use it: Go to Vehicle Manager > Discovery. Toggle View Subaccounts to include/exclude child accounts, and use the grid filters/search to find vehicles by ESN, VIN, Make, Model, or Discovery State.

DEVICES EXPORT NOW INCLUDES ICN HEARTBEAT DATA

We fixed an issue where exporting the Devices grid — with the First ICN Heartbeat and Last ICN Heartbeat columns enabled — produced an export file with those columns blank, even though the data displayed correctly on screen. This occurred for both local exports and larger exports delivered by email. Exported files now populate these columns consistently with what's shown in the grid.
