IMPROVED TOOLTIP DISPLAY FOR CREATED DATE RANGE FILTERS

Hovering over the 'Created' filter chip in the Manufactured Devices, Shipments, and Notifications modules now correctly displays a tooltip showing the selected date range (e.g., 08/11/2026 - 08/31/2026). Previously, no tooltip appeared for this filter in these modules. 

This also fixes stale tooltips on pre-existing saved custom-date filters — the correct format now shows immediately, without needing to clear and reapply. Tooltips for all other filter criteria remain unaffected.

FIXED TASK-LEVEL CANCELLATION IN JOBS

Fixed an issue in the Jobs module where clicking Cancel from an individual task's action menu ("...") did not cancel the task. Task-level cancellation now submits correctly and updates the task status as expected. Cancel remains unavailable for tasks that are no longer in a cancellable state (e.g., already completed).
