IMPROVED DDSAR SOLUTION

We improved our dual-device stolen asset recovery (DDSAR) solution, which involves having two devices installed on your assets, the second of which will send an alert if the primary LMU is disabled. This system helps with asset recovery in the case of equipment being stolen, as you are notified immediately of the situation, can contact the authorities quickly, and can still track where the asset is.

We’ve added a feature that will warn you if you try to add a device in CTC Admin as the sentinel (the secondary one, “guarding” the primary) that hasn’t been configured for DDSAR. In addition, you’ll be warned if a previous DDSAR pairing exists if that’s the case.

ADDED THE FILE SIZE TO THE VIEW/EDIT FILE DIALOG BOX

We added a File Size field to the View File and Edit File dialog boxes, which will show how large the file is, such as 500KB.

UNINSTALLING TPMS SENSORS

For customers using the Sensor Installer module, we added the ability to uninstall sensors from an asset in the software.

SHOWING THE VIN IN DEVICE DETAILS

We fixed an issue that wasn’t showing the vehicle identification number in the Device Details window.
