FILTERING BY ESN IN THE DEVICE INSTALLATION REPORT SUMMARY REPORT

We added a new filter to the Device Installation Report Summary report, ESN, which will enables you to select only certain devices to show in the results using their electronic serial numbers. By default, the report will display all the ESNs.

ADDED DETAILED DESCRIPTONS OF THE COLUMNS FOR SOME REPORTS

We added a More Info button that will open a Knowledge Base article with a detailed description of all the columns in the report results for another batch of the reports, with more planned in the future.
