INCREASED THE SESSION TIME FOR REPORTS

We increased the time you are given with no CTC Admin activity before the reporting engine logs you out to 24 hours. (Previously, if you were inactive on the Analytics & Reports screen for over an hour, your session would time out, and you would have to log back in.)

ADDED COUNTRY CODE OPTIONS TO THE DEVICE LAST ACTIVITY REPORT

We added a new Country Code filter and column to the Device Last Activity report. The column will not be displayed by default but can be added when you customize the results. You’ll need to enable the filter to use it (by selecting the toggle at the bottom right); then you will be able to filter to only certain countries by code (such as “US”).
