Advanced Device Details
The Advanced Device Details report provides advanced details about your devices, including mobile ID and ESN, account, app ID, part number, ICCID, firmware status, current firmware version, date of the last firmware update, configuration status, configuration version, date of the last configuration update, VBUS status, and GPS antenna status, plus modem, radio, and GPS data. You will find that this is similar to the old PULS CSV report. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

| Mobile ID | The device's mobile ID, if it has been entered in CTC Admin; if not, the electronic serial number (ESN) or other type of serial number |
| ESN/Serial Number | The device's identifier — either the ESN or another type of serial number |
| Account | The name of the account |
| App ID | The app ID |
| Part No. | The part number derived from the manufacturing data |
| ICC-ID | The device integrated circuit card identifier (a unique SIM ID for connecting to a cellular network) |
| LMU FW Status | The last LMU firmware status (such as Success or Pending) |
| LMU FW Version | The last firmware version number in the format xx(yy), where xx is the last successful/discovered version and yy is the pending version |
| LMU FW Update | The timestamp of the last LMU firmware pulled from the file updates |
| LMU Config Status | The last LMU config status (such as Success or Pending) |
| LMU Config Version | The last LMU config version number in the format xx(yy), where xx is the last successful/discovered version and yy is the pending version |
| LMU Config Update | The timestamp for the last LMU config file pulled from the file updates |
| VBUS Board ID | The VBUS platform's board ID |
| Platform | The VBUS platform's name |
| Last Update | The last file update time received |
| VBUS Status | Whether the vehicle bus is enabled, with values of On or Off (a large number of CAN errors will cause the VBUS to become automatically disabled) |
| VBUS FW Version | The last successful/discovered VBUS firmware version |
| VBUS FW Status | The OTA (over the air) firmware update status for the VBUS file |
| Config Read Error | Whether the config file has been read, with values of OK and Error |
| GPS Antenna Status | The status of the GPS antenna, with values of OK (for a good condition) and Error |
| GPS Self Test | The status of the device's ability to be tracked by GPS, with values of OK (for a good condition) and Error |
| GPS Receiver Tracking | The status of the device's GPS receiver test, with values of OK and Error |
| MODEM | The cellular modem used (such as Qualcomm-9207) |
| RADIO | The radio version derived from the manufacturing data, such as M14Q2_v16.03.184641 |
| GPS | The GPS module derived from the manufacturing data, if applicable |
| CTC DeviceID | The unique ID given to the device by CalAmp |
| CTC AccountID | The unique ID given to the device's account by CalAmp |
| Group [1-10] | The group the device is assigned to (if there are multiple groups, they are split from group 1 to group 10) |
| BLUETOOTH FIRMWARE STATUS | The OTA status of the Bluetooth firmware file, such as Discovered |
| Bluetooth FW | The firmware version of the Bluetooth module |
| FW_LAST_UPDATE | The date and time of the last update for the LMU firmware |
| HA_FW_STATUS | The last hosted app firmware status |
| HA_FW_VER | The last hosted app firmware number in the format xx(yy), where xx is the last successful/discovered version and yy is the pending version |
| HA_UPDATE | The status update time for the hosted app firmware |
| HTTP OTA UPDATE STATUS | The HTTP OTA update status, based on reported configuration errors |
| IMEI | The international mobile equipment identity number (a unique mobile device/modem identifier) |
| IMEI HEX | The IMEI hex value derived from the manufacturing data |
| IMEID2 | The secondary modem identifier number, if any |
| IMSI | The international mobile subscriber identity number (a unique SIM identifier) |
| LAST ID REPORT | The most recent ID report sent from the device |
| MIN | The mobile identification number (the phone number) |
| MOBILE ID TYPE | The mobile ID type specified in the firmware via the PEG script, such as ESN |
| PART_INFO | The part/package information derived from the manufacturing data |
| PO | The purchase order number from the provisioning data |
| TRACK_NUM | The tracking number from the provisioning data |
| VBUS_CFG_STATUS | The last VBUS config status, such as Success or Pending |
| VBUS_CFG_VER | The last VBUS config version number in the format xx(yy), where xx is the last successful/discovered version and yy is the pending version |
| VBUS_ERR | Whether there is an error on the VBUS board, with values of Off for an error and On for no errors |
| VBUS_VEHDB_STATUS | The last VBUS vehicle database status, such as Success or Pending |
| VBUS_VEHDB_VER | The last VBUS vehicle database version number in the format xx(yy), where xx is the last successful/discovered version and yy is the pending version |
| BT_IDRPT | The Bluetooth ID report extracted from the standard extension |
| CONFIG GROUP NAME | The script name |
| CUSTOM ID | The external ID field from the CTC device |
| FIRST_ID_REPT | The date and time of the first ID report |
| HA_IDRPT | The hosted app received from the ID report |
| ICN_STATE | Whether CrashBoxx is enabled or disabled |
| BSP Modem FW | The last BSP file version number |
| Database (Driver ID) | The driver ID database file version number |

These are the columns you can add when you customize the report:

| BSP Modem Firmware Status | The status of the BSP modem firmware, such as Success or Failed |
Device Age Dashboard
The Device Age Dashboard shows how old your devices are. Its Device Age Data grid lists devices, their types, when they first and last reported, and their age in these columns:

| First ID Report Time | The date and time of the device's first ID report |

| Ship Date | The ship date and time from the manufacturing data |
| Created Date | The date and time the device was added to CTC Admin |
| Device Age (Years) | The age of the device in years, calculated using the difference between the last ID report date and the first ID report date, ship date, or creation date (depending on which of these is available, and in that priority order) Note: The age value will be 0 if the device just started (if it has a first ID report but no last ID report). The value will be blank if there is no first ID report or if the returned data is invalid, such as if the last ID report date shows as earlier than the ship or creation date. |
| Days Since Last Checkin | The number of days since the last ID report was sent for the device |
There are no columns to add when customizing the table, as all the available ones are enabled by default.
Device Billing
The Device Billing report displays billing information, including monthly billing rates, when the contract ends, and the type of account subscription. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

| Time Zone | The time zone of the account |
| Migrated from PULS? | Whether this device had its data pulled over from PULS into CTC Admin (with values of Y and N) |
| Last ID Report Time | The date and time of the most recent ID report sent from the device |
| Account Path | The hierarchy of accounts, from the top to this one (in the format Account 1 > Account 2 > This Account for a third-level account) |
| Last Address | The device's last reported location |
| Last Activity Timestamp | The date and time of the last reported activity for the device |
| Contract End Date | The date the contract will end (or has ended), according to the billing data |
| Monthly Billing Rate | The billing rate per month for the device in dollars, according to the billing data |
| Billing Item ID | The billing item identifier |
| Solomon ID | The Solomon identifier for the account |
| Created Date | The date and time the device was added to CTC Admin |
| Activation Threshold Exceeded | Whether the device has reached its activation threshold (counted as activated for the account), which is when it has sent 21 telematics messages, with values of true and false |
| Activation Threshold Date | The date and time the activation threshold was set |
| Account Subscription | The type of subscription of the account, such as Connect Pro Pull |

| MFG ICCID | The device ICCID from the manufacturing data |
| Tracking # | The tracking number from the provisioning data |
Device Installation Report Summary
The Device Installation Report Summary report provides a pie chart of linked and unlinked devices. (A linked device has been associated with an asset in the software.) It returns data only for accounts that are reporting telematics events to CTC Admin, and the grid lists when the devices last sent an event message. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

| Last GPS Odometer | The most recent odometer value as calculated by reported GPS events |
| Last Engine Hours Meter | The most recent engine hours meter value received |
| Peg Behavior | The associated PEG behavior name |
| Firmware Version | The device's firmware version number |
These are the columns you can add when you customize the report:

| Device Name | The name of the device in the software, which is often the ESN or other serial number |
| Device Status | The current status of the device, such as Enabled or Disabled |
| Device Linked Status | Whether the device is linked to an asset |
Device Last Activity
The Device Last Activity report lists the dates and times your devices last reported to CTC Admin. This is helpful in determining which devices haven't reported an event recently. Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

| Vehicle Name | The name of the asset associated with the device |

| Last Lat Long | The latitude and longitude values of the location where the last reported event occurred |
| Last Address | The address of the device's last reported location |
| Last Communication Date | The date and time of the most recent event sent from the device |
| Last GPS Fix Date | The date and time the device last connected to GPS |
These are the columns you can add when you customize the report:

| Country Code | The code used to identify the country in which the last activity took place, such as US for the United States |
Linux 55XX ID Report
The Linux 55XX ID Report results provide ID report data for LMU-55XX devices, including Linux OPKG status. (OPKG [open package management] is used to install, remove, and otherwise handle Linux software packages.) Here are the columns that are displayed by default:

| Linux Device File Name | The filename in the devie |
| OPKG Version | The OPKG file version from the Linux device files |
| OPKG md5 | The hash of the OPKG file, which is used for file verification |
| OPKG Index | The pkg index of the OPKG file |
| OPKG Status | The status of the OPKG file |
| Pending File Name | The pending filename, if any |
| Pending File Version | The pending file version number, if any |
There are no columns to add when customizing the report, as all the available ones are enabled by default.
