ADDED A DEVICE SERVICE BILLING REPORT

We added a new report, Device Service Billing, which will show billing information such as when a service became operational and when devices have been activated, specifically including these columns: Account Path, ESN, Solomon ID, Subscription Name, Activation Service, Activation Date, Activation Threshold Exceeded, Activation Threshold Date, Sales Order, and Service/Activation Date.

IMPROVED THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DEVICE BILLING REPORT

We improved the processing of the Device Billing report, which will help prevent it from timing out upon loading.

CHANGED THE TITLE OF THE ANALYTICS & REPORTS LEFT PANE TO “REPORTS”

We changed the heading above the left pane of the Analytics & Reports screen from “Dashboards” to “Reports.”

IMPROVED FONTS

We increased the font size of the Recent and All links at that top right of the Analytics & Reports screen.

In addition, we made the font style, size, and color consistent across all reports for fields that have you enter values.
