ADDED NEW FUNCTIONALITY TO THE JOBS 2.0 OVERFLOW MENU

On the new Jobs 2.0 screen, we expanded the options available via the overflow menu icon () in each job’s row, on both the My Jobs and All Jobs tabs. The new menu options are Audit Log, Rerun, and Clone, which will enable you to view the changes that have been made to the job, run it again (if the job has a status of Completed or Failed), and duplicate the job, respectively.

WARNING! The legacy Jobs screen will be available alongside the new page for the next month but will eventually be deprecated. Our current plan is to remove the old one sometime in March 2025, but that may vary.

SORTING THE DEVICES IN THE JOBS 2.0 TASK GRID

On the new Jobs 2.0 screen, when you are viewing a job on its own tab, you will now be able to sort the task grid by the ESN/Serial Number and Last Updated columns (in addition to the Progress Status column). The default view for the list of devices will be an ascending sort by the ESN/serial number.

PROVIDING AN ERROR MESSAGE FOR SEARCH ATTEMPTS OVER 1,000 JOBS ON THE JOBS 2.0 SCREEN

On the Jobs 2.0 screen, we are now providing more consistent error messaging when you try to search for more than 1,000 job IDs: “Search is limited to 1000 entries” will appear beneath the Search field.

CREATING JOBS WITH MORE THAN 1,000 DEVICES

We fixed an issue that was causing jobs to fail if more than 1,000 devices were added to it.

SHOWING ONLY VALID APP IDS DURING JOB CREATION

We fixed a bug with the Bulk Device Actions dialog box that would include invalid app IDs in the App ID list during job creation.
