IMPROVED THE NEW JOBS SCREEN

We have added several improvements to the Jobs 2.0 page:

• We added the ability to export the My Jobs and All Jobs tabs, plus an individual job’s tab. For a single job, the exported Excel file will have three spreadsheet tabs: Jobs, which provides the basic job details; Tasks, which lists the tasks in the job, including their device count and status; and Devices, which shows all the devices assigned to the job, their progress, and when they were last updated.
• We improved how searching for multiple devices on an individual job’s tab works. Now, two of the search terms will be displayed in the Search field, and subsequent ones will be represented by “X More.” We’ve added a filter icon () to the right of this; when you click it, a drop-down list will appear of all the ESNs you entered.
    
• We improved the page’s handling of usernames containing spaces. They will now appear correctly on both the My Jobs and All Jobs tabs, and you can search for multiple usernames with spaces by separating the usernames with commas.

WARNING! The legacy Jobs screen will be available alongside the new page for the next month but will eventually be deprecated. Our current plan is to remove the old one sometime in March 2025, but that may vary.
