ENFORCING UNIQUE SCRIPT VERSIONS FOR EACH ACCOUNT
If you upload a new script — or edit an existing one — with a version that conflicts with an existing script of the same type in the same account, CTC Admin will now automatically set the new script’s status to Disabled and mark it as Invalid. This applies to all uploaded files, including JPOD configs, PEG scripts, and PEG2 scripts.
Note: This will not apply to scripts that are already in your account that have the same version (unless you edit them again).
You can find the reason message in the View File dialog box (in a new File Error Message field, discussed below), such as “MISMATCH – File with Version 1.1 already exists in Account: Account Name.”
IMPROVED THE COLUMN SELECTOR
On grid screens, we improved the column selector as follows:
- We added a Search field, which will enable you to look for columns by name.
- Selected columns will now all appear at the top of the Columns dialog box, sorted in the order that they will be displayed in the grid.
- Deselected columns will be listed with the default columns on top and alphabetically below that.
SHOWING THE REASONS WHEN A FILE IS MARKED AS INVALID
On the Device Files screen, we added a column, Invalid Reason, which will show the reason(s) that the file is being reported as Invalid. This new column will be displayed by default. If there is more than one reason, there will be a Show More option that will open a dialog box that lists all the invalid reason messages.
In addition, we added a File Error Message field to the Edit File dialog box, which will also show the reason(s).
EXPANDED DELIMITER SUPPORT WHEN SEARCHING ON THE DEVICES SCREEN
On the Devices screen, you can now use a comma, space, tab, or line break to separate your criteria when performing a search.
CORRECTED SHORTENED VERSIONS OF THE SITE NAME
Throughout the website, we changed references to “ADM,” making them the correct “CTC Admin,” such as on the Change Password screen.
PREVENTING DRIVER ID FILES WITH SPACES IN THE VERSION VALUES
We added validation that will prevent uploading driver ID files with a space in the version for LMU Database (Driver ID) file types and will display an error message such as “Version value cannot contain spaces.”
EXPORTING HOSTED APP VERSION
On the Devices screen, we fixed an issue that wasn’t including the hosted app version in exports, even though the EdgeApp version/HostedApp Version column was being displayed.
