SUPPORTING LOGGING IN AND OUT VIA SSO USING OKTA

We have added single sign-on (SSO) support via Okta, which means that your users log in through the Okta identity provider and then access CTC Admin without having to enter their credentials again. In order to implement this, your organization will need to have your own Okta account and integrate it with CTC Admin. Go to the KB folder Single Sign-On Between Okta and CTC Admin for information on how to set this up.

UPDATED LOGIN SCREEN

We have changed the login process for both SSO and non-SSO customers: The login screen will begin with only the Username field; as that is processed, CalAmp will detect if your organization has Okta SSO integration. If it does, you will be directed to the Okta authentication portal, where you will log in. If your account is NOT using SSO, you will be taken to a second CTC Admin screen with the Password field.

Logging out will be the same (choosing Log Out from your profile drop-down as before); the only difference for SSO users will be that their Okta authentication token will be revoked.

EXPORTING ALL THE DEVICES

On the Devices screen, we fixed an issue that wasn’t exporting the devices to email if Select All was chosen (for a large number of devices) due to a failure of the Inheritable property.
