FILTERING BY MULTIPLE PROGRESS STATUS TYPES ON THE JOBS SCREEN

On the Jobs screen, we changed how the Progress Status filter works to enable you to choose more than one status option.

EXPORTING ALL THE TELEMETRY EVENTS

On the Devices screen’s Device Details window’s Telemetry Events tab, we fixed an issue that was exporting only the first page of events to a CSV file.

VIEWING THE NOTIFICATION LOCATION

We fixed an issue with the View Notification details window’s Highlights tab that was preventing the map from displaying the device’s location.

USING THE OVERFLOW MENU ON A MOBILE DEVICE

For customers who use CTC Admin on a mobile device, we fixed an issue with the Devices screen’s Device Details window’s overflow icon () that would display the menu in the background, making it impossible to select an action.
