ADDED THE MAXIMUM ENTITY COUNT TO THE FILTER INFO TOOLTIP

On the Devices screen, we added the maximum number of entities possible to the tooltip displayed when you place your cursor over the filter info icon () for certain filters, as follows:

  • Any Field: “Search is limited to 1000 entries.”
  • App ID: “Search is limited to 1000 entries.”
  • ESN: “Search is limited to 10000 entries.”
  • Serial Number: “Search is limited to 10000 entries.”

REMOVING DEVICES IN BULK FROM ALL GROUPS

In the Bulk Device Actions dialog box, we added the ability to remove devices from all their assigned groups using the Group Assignment Remove From radio button (via a new Remove from All Groups option in the Group drop-down list). (Previously, you could remove devices from just a single group at a time.)

USING LOWERCASE FOR FIRMWARE LETTERS

In the Devices screen’s Device Details window, we have changed the Firmware entry at the top to display any letters in lowercase (as they appear in the grid) to avoid confusion between i and l.

SORTING BY STATUS IN THE BULK ACTIVITY STATUS WINDOW

In the Bulk Activity Status window, you can now sort by the Status column.

IMPROVED THE BULK ACTIVITY STATUS VIEW WINDOW GRID

We improved the grid of the Bulk Activity Status View window by adding Identifier Type and Identifier columns (for applicable entities) and reorganizing the columns as follows: Identifier Type, Identifier, Status, Code, Reason, Last Modified, Features, and Entity Name. (If identifier and identifier type are not needed for the type of entities shown, Entity Name will be the first column.)

PROVIDING MORE DETAILS IN CRASHBOXX ALERTS

For our higher-service-level CrashBoxx customers, we made it possible to set up an FNL or CBX notification using the ICN_Email template, which provides much more data in the email sent when an accident occurs than the default email templates.

PERSISTING CONFIGURATION CHANGES ACROSS USER SESSIONS

We improved how the system handles persisting any grid screen configuration and other settings changes you’ve made across user sessions, so your preferences will be saved even if your previous session timed out. (Previously, you had to log out before your changes were saved.)

IMPROVED THE ERROR FOR A FAILED ACCOUNT EDIT

In the Edit Account dialog box, we improved the error message that is produced if you try to move an account to a different parent account that doesn’t have the necessary applications by changing it to “Account cannot be assigned to account ‘XXX.’”

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed a bug that would move a group to the account selected in the Account Switcher when the group was edited and saved.
  • Fixed a bug that would show the firmware Download button for users whose roles didn’t have download permissions.
