PERFORMING A GLOBAL SEARCH USING THE ACCOUNT ID

You can now enter an account ID number in the global search field at the top of the screen and locate both the account and its direct subaccounts.

ADDED A VBUS MODE COLUMN TO THE DEVICES SCREEN

On the Devices screen, we added a new column, VBUS Mode, which will show if the LMU is reporting in JPOD or OBDII mode (to help you quickly determine if the device is heavy or light duty).

ADDED ASSOCIATED LMU AND ASSOCIATED MDT COLUMNS TO THE DEVICES SCREEN

On the Devices screen, we added two new columns, Associated LMU and Associated MDT, which will show the associated LMU’s ESN for MDT devices and the associated MDT’s serial number for LMUs. You can also now search for the associated LMU/MDT via the search feature.

ADDED A LINUX 55XX ID REPORT

We added a new Linux 55XX ID report, which will return ID data for LMU-55XX devices, including the Linux OPKG status. You can filter the results by ESN, account name, app ID, and last ID report time.

VIEWING THE CURRENT AND PENDING FIRMWARE VERSIONS IN THE ADVANCED DEVICE DETAILS REPORT

We have improved the results of the Advanced Device Details report to enable you to more easily see what firmware is currently on a device and what version is queued up for an update. This is how the update state will be reported:

  • Pending updates: The LMU FW Status column will have the value “Pending,” and the LMU FW Version will have the version number surrounded by parentheses, indicating that that is the version that will be on the device after the update is complete.
  • Completed updates (current version): The LMU FW Status column will have the value “Success,” and the LMU FW Version will have just the version number (with no parentheses), indicating that that is the current version on the device, as the update is complete.

CLEANED UP THE CSV EXPORT FOR THE ADVANCED DEVICE DETAILS REPORT

Previously, when you exported the Advanced Device Details report to CSV, extra headers such as the report header and the From and To dates would appear; now only the needed headers will be included in the export.
