DISPLAYING SAVED REPORTS
We added a new tab to the Reports screen, Saved Reports, which will show only tiles for reports you have saved so that you can find them quickly and easily.
ADDED PENDING SCRIPT AND PENDING FIRMWARE COLUMNS TO THE DEVICES SCREEN
On Devices screen, we added two new columns, Pending Script and Pending Firmware, which will show if the device has pending updates. Their values will be the version names of the pending scripts and firmware, plus clickable Job ID links. These columns will be displayed by default.
IMPROVED USER INTERFACE FOR REPORTS
We made running a report more user-friendly and improved the Report screen’s user interface by removing the frame, giving you more screen real estate for both the parameters and results.
ADDED TOOLTIPS FOR LONGER REASONS IN THE BULK ACTIVITY STATUS VIEW WINDOW
We added a tooltip to the Reason column of the Bulk Activity Status View window, which will display the entirety of the reason why the activity failed (for longer explanations that don’t fit in the grid).
ADDED PENDING FILE DATA TO THE CURRENT VIEW OF THE FILES TAB OF DEVICE DETAILS
In the Devices screen’s Device Details window, we added pending file information (and the related jobs) to the Current view of the Files tab by updating the columns to File Type, Last Successful Job ID, Last Update, Current File Version, Filename, In Progress Job ID, In Progress File Version, and In Progress Job Status.
We fixed an issue that prevented updated/overwritten files from being downloaded or being correctly used in device jobs. (For example, previously, if you had a config file in the system, made changes to it, and then overwrote it in CTC Admin, when you tried to create a job using the file, all devices would fail.)
USING THE CALENDAR PICKER
For date search options (such as Created On on the Jobs screen and ID Report Time on the Devices screen), we fixed a bug with the calendar picker that would close the box if you tried to change the month or year.
