To see reports you have scheduled to run on a regular basis, follow these steps:


Note: Be aware that your user role will need to have the privilege to use the Reports screen in order for you to be able to run, schedule, and view scheduled reports. (If you need to schedule a report and you don't have that privilege, contact your organization's CTC Admin administrator.)


  1. Make sure that the account you have selected in the Account Switcher is the same one as when you created the schedule. (See Switching Accounts for details on how to change your chosen account.)
    Note: Scheduled reports are listed on the Schedule screen only for the account chosen when they were created.
  2. In the sidebar menu on the left of the screen, click .
     
    The Reports screen will appear and list all the available reports alphabetically.
      
  3. Locate the tile of the report whose schedule you want to view.
    Note: To find it, you can scroll down or type part of its name in the Search Reports bar, such as "device." After you type a few characters, the list will be limited to only reports that match your search criteria.
  4. On the tile of the report, click  at the top right and select Schedule Report on the menu that appears.
      
    The schedules you have set up for the report will appear.
      
    Here is a description of the column headers and grid icons:
     
    • Job Name: The job name you specified when saving the schedule. 
       
    • Last Run: The date and time the scheduled report was last run.
      Caution: Don't be alarmed if the Last Run and Next Run time values seem off; they'll be run for the time you specified, but they might be listed here using UTC (coordinated universal time) instead of your time zone.
    • Next Run: The date and time when the report is next scheduled to run.
       
    • Enabled: If the check box is selected, the report is active and will be run per its schedule. You can uncheck this to temporarily pause the schedule (and select it again later to resume regular report runs).
       
    • : Opens the settings for the report, enabling you to edit the schedule. (See Scheduling a Report for guidance.)
       
    • : Deletes the schedule for the report (after you confirm your deletion in a warning dialog box).
       
  5. You can add a new schedule for the report by clicking Create Schedule at the top left of the screen (and following the steps in Scheduling a Report).
     
  6. You can click Run Now at the top of the screen to enter new options, output options, and notification settings to immediately execute a run of the report.
     
  7. You can click Refresh List to update the information onscreen.
