To view the notifications/alerts you've received for an account, follow these steps:

  1. Click Alerts in the left sidebar menu to expand its selections. (You may need to click its expansion arrow as well to see the submenu.)
  2. Click Notifications on the submenu.
    The Notifications screen will appear and list all the alerts/notifications you've received for the devices in the account you are logged in to.
  3. You can scroll down the list to view all the alerts/notifications.
  4. You can find certain alerts by searching by alert type or filtering by severity level, ESN, asset name, or time frame. (The Search and Filter feature procedure is the same as for devices. See Searching for Devices if needed.)
