CTC Admin provides an analytical Dashboard that enables you to view a breakdown of the devices in your account and subaccounts based on device model, firmware version, and configuration version. In addition, you can see how many devices haven't been reporting to the system for the time frame you specify. To view Dashboard data, follow these steps:
- Click Dashboard in the sidebar menu on the left.
The Dashboard will appear.
- You can see how many total devices are in your chosen account and how many haven't reported to CTC recently at the top of the screen.
- To change the time frame, click the Device(s) Not Reported In drop-down arrow and select the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days.
- You can view a breakdown of your devices and versions in the pie charts:
- The Device Model pie chart shows how many of each different kind of device you have.
- The Firmware Version pie chart displays all the versions of firmware that are currently on your devices.
- The Configuration Version pie chart shows all the implemented configs.
- The Device Model pie chart shows how many of each different kind of device you have.
- To see detailed information about a particular device model, firmware version, or configuration version, click its pie slice.
Only that data will be displayed in the grid below.
- You can export the table to a .csv file using the CSV icon at the top right of the grid.
- You can click Map to see the devices' locations.
- To view the data of subaccount devices as well, select the Include All Subaccounts toggle at the top right of the screen.
